Sales: A Day In The Life
First Thing
COFFEE! โ
The team's fuel, kick starting the day with the 'water boiler' conversation.
8.15am
Morning Huddle ๐ก
We always begin our day reviewing yesterday's successes, challenges and training to make sure we are in tip top shape for our day!
8.30am
Prep for the day ahead ๐
Preparing for the day is the best way for success! We organise our tasks and prioritise our activities making sure that clients are always top of the list!
9am
PST part 1 (Prime Selling Time) ๐
We often begin the day with calls in the diary. We speak to our clients and prospects around earliest congresses coming up, making sure we help achieve their goals.
10.30am
Follow up on emails ๐ง
After morning calls, send out any proposals to prospects.
11 AM
Continuing the grind ๐ฏ
We then resume our activities, focusing on prospecting and lead generation. Researching potential clients, identify new opportunities, and reach out to decision-makers through cold calls, emails, or networking platforms.
12pm
Gym Lunch? ๐โโ๏ธ
If you hit the gym, we'll give you an extra half hour at lunch - whether it's weights, cardio, or with our squash/tennis/football teams.
1.30pm
PST part 2 ๐
Kick start the afternoon by getting in front of our wonderful clients.
2.30pm
Catch up with our CS team โ
The Client Services team manages the success of the project and will take over once a deal is signed. Catching up with our counterpart allows us to make sure our clients have the best experience.
3pm
PST part 3 ๐
Prime Selling Time resumes and we end the day with more calls/emails to make sure we are front of mind with our prospects.
5pm
Day done, Wiff Waff begins! ๐
