1hr 30m "Gym Lunch"
It's difficult to get to the gym and have lunch in 1 hour, so we give the opportunity to extend lunch to go to the gym. As well as the health benefit, it's a great opportunity for team bonding.

Monday & Wednesday is the day fruit is delivered to the office, and to kick start your day you have access to healthy cereals in one of our two kitchens.
Mental Health Support

Put Forward Proposals
Anyone at EMJ can put forward a One Page Plan, or a proposal to support the business. These are reviewed by the Senior Leaders team weekly.
Minimum salary of £25,000, rising to minimum £30,000 after 1yr and £35,000 after 2yrs. We reward Loyalty!
Company Wide Bonus
New to 2023 we have offered a share to all employees to a pot of £1m based on hitting company revenue targets.
