Hours are 8.30am to 5pm, and we encourage people stick to those hours, only working late if completely necessary OR for personal development.

1hr 30m "Gym Lunch"
It's difficult to get to the gym and have lunch in 1 hour, so we give the opportunity to extend lunch to go to the gym. As well as the health benefit, it's a great opportunity for team bonding.
