Project Manager

As a Project Manager at AMJ, you’ll be at the heart of delivering a best-in-class experience for our clients. You'll manage projects from start to finish, ensuring everything runs smoothly, meets scientific and regulatory standards, and delights our clients every step of the way.

What you'll do:
- Lead project delivery: You'll manage the end-to-end execution of diverse projects (articles, infographics, podcasts, webinars), ensuring they are on time, on budget, and meet high-quality standards.
- Build client relationships: Serve as the day-to-day contact for our pharmaceutical clients, maintaining clear, proactive communication and building trusted partnerships.
- Provide strategic guidance: Advise clients on how to maximize reach and engagement. Present performance metrics at project close, clearly communicating results and demonstrating ROI.
- Collaborate across teams: Work closely with Editorial, Design, Sales, Marketing, and external contractors to ensure seamless project execution.
- Ensure quality & drive improvement: Maintain meticulous attention to detail in documentation. Flag risks early, propose solutions, and support continuous process improvement.
- Contribute strategically: Offer insights to client strategy, identify opportunities for account growth, and use analytics to guide recommendations.
Who you are:
- Experienced: You have 3-5 years of experience in project management.
- Communication: Clear, proactive communicator who can navigate client needs and internal priorities
- Planning & Organization: Strong project management and prioritization skills across multiple concurrent projects
- Quality & Detail Orientation: Rigor around deliverables, documentation, and deadlines
- Relationship Management: Skilled at building rapport and delivering a consistent client experience
- Problem Solving: Solutions-oriented, able to foresee and mitigate project risks
- Adaptability: Comfortable with ambiguity and evolving client needs
- Strategic Awareness: Understands client objectives and identifies opportunities to grow accounts
Key Information:
- Salary: $54,000 to $65,000
- Reports to: Vice President of Customer Success
- Employment Type: Full-Time
- Work Environment: 5 days/week in the Hallandale Beach office
- Location: Hallandale Beach, FL (Full-Time, On-Site)
