Expectations
- Develop relationships with our clients (namely Marketing professionals), sell exciting campaigns that reach Healthcare Professionals.
- Build relationships with internal stakeholders (CS, Marketing, Design, Editorial & Operations) to ensure the best experience for our clients.
- Full ownership of sales and closing within your therapy area.
Experience Required
- Telesales/phone-based sales experience
- Target-driven – confident in making calls to Director-level clients
- Quick-thinking, positive, and persuasive communicator
- Articulate and expressive, able to build strong client relationships
- Team player – driven to succeed while supporting those around you
- Growth-focused – committed to continuous improvement and personal development
- Open to feedback – able to give and receive constructive criticism
- Aligned with our values and motivated to contribute to a positive team culture
Key Information
- Salary: £26k
- Commission: Uncapped 10%
- Reports to: Sales Manager
- Hours: 8.30am – 5pm, Mon-Fri
- Location: This role is based onsite in our London/Moorgate office
