We’re growing our sales team, and are looking for motivated, driven, graduates to help drive forward revenue and develop their career as we develop the EMJ brand.
The Associate team can be thought of as an ‘academy’, or route into other roles, where you will be working closely with the Senior Sales team to set up opportunities that generate revenue for the business. You will receive tailored training and support as you progress and handle more of the sales process as you gain experience.

Expectations
- Learn about your industry, your relevant therapeutic area, client base and competitors
- Understand our tried and tested sales process, with ongoing support from staff and training materials
- Outreach to potential clients, focusing on driving revenue through setting up quality appointments for Senior Sales
- Shadow the Senior Sales team and assist with lead sourcing, proposal creation, contracting, reporting, and follow-up
- Review your own performance and meet KPIs
- Once hitting target, opportunity to visit clients and represent the company at exhibitions, events and congresses (may include world travel to visit congresses and clients
Experience Required
- Extremely ambitious and motivated individual who wants to be a Gold Medal Winner - the best version of themselves
- Telesales/phone-based experience (Desirable)
- Target/KPI driven: Excellent with picking up the phone and making sales calls to Director level clients
- Quick-thinking, positive and persuasive
- An articulate and expressive communicator
- Team player and Values driven - a desire to succeed but not at the detriment to the team around you.
- Continuous improvement and personal development focused - can demonstrate a personal approach to improvement
Key Information
- Salary: £26,000
- Commission: 3% on all revenue - uncapped (1st OTE £40,000+)
- Reports to: Sales Manager
- Hours: 8.30am – 5pm, Mon-Fri
- Location: This role is based onsite in our London/Moorgate office
