As a Project Coordinator, you will be at the heart of our Client Services team, ensuring projects are delivered smoothly, on time, and to the highest standard. You will work closely with clients, contractors, and internal teams to keep everything running seamlessly while helping drive repeat business.

What You’ll Be Doing:
- Owning project plans and ensuring everything is delivered on time and to scope.
- Managing projects from start to finish, from kick-off calls to post-project debriefs.
- Communicating with clients via calls and emails to build strong relationships and keep them informed.
- Liaising with contractors and KOLs to ensure smooth project execution.
- Spotting opportunities for upselling and providing sales teams with valuable insights.
- Capturing and sharing client feedback to improve our processes and services.
- Working closely with the Project Manager and POD lead to tackle challenges and find solutions.

- A natural organiser with strong prioritisation and project management skills.
- Excellent attention to detail to ensure everything runs smoothly.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills to engage with clients and stakeholders.
- A proactive problem solver who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
- A customer-first mindset with a passion for delivering a gold-standard experience.
- An interest in healthcare, publishing, or medical communications is a plus!

Key Information
- Salary: £26,000
- Reports to: Victoria Nash, Customer Engagement Director
- Hours: 8.30am – 5pm, Mon-Fri
- Working pattern: Up to 2 days flexibility to work from home (FT in office during probation)
- Location: Moorgate, London
We operate a hybrid working environment. We’d expect to see you in the office at least 3 days a week. During your probation, though, you’ll be in with us all five days—it’s the best way to get you up to speed and support your development. So, if you’re after something fully remote, this probably won’t be the right fit - we encourage people in office, where we people are achieving their personal and professional goals.
