EMJ is looking for a Project Manager to join our growing Client Services team.
As a Project Manager, you’ll be at the heart of delivering a gold-medal experience for our clients. You’ll manage projects from booking to publication, ensuring everything runs smoothly and our clients are delighted every step of the way.

What you’ll do:
- Drive client project delivery: You'll manage diverse client projects from initiation to completion, ensuring they are completed on time and achieve amazing results for our partners .
- Develop trusted client partnerships: By understanding client objectives, you'll offer valuable guidance and share best practices to help them achieve their goals.
- Collaborate effectively across teams and stakeholders: You'll work with various internal and external partners to keep projects aligned and delivered on schedule.
- Analyse and report on project performance: You'll interpret project data to create clear reports that demonstrate the value and impact of our work for clients.
- Proactively address project challenges: You'll leverage your problem-solving skills to navigate obstacles and implement effective solutions, ensuring project success and client satisfaction.
Key Information
- Salary: £30,000 - £38,000
- Reports to: Victoria Nash, Customer Engagement Director
- Hours: 8.30am – 5pm, Mon-Fri
- Working pattern: Up to 2 days flexibility to work from home (FT in office during probation)
- Location: Moorgate, London
We offer a hybrid work environment, balancing office and remote work. To support your training and development during your initial three-month probation, this period will be fully office-based, five days a week. Following this, we anticipate a regular office presence of at least three days a week to maintain collaboration and team connection.
