Driving Client Retention & Growth: This role is vital for strengthening client ROI and creating consistent opportunities for repeat business by delivering high-performance marketing campaigns and supporting high-impact industry partnerships.
You will play a key role in driving lead generation, with a particular focus on paid social campaigns, accelerate growth by managing and optimising client email, social, and paid media campaigns and educating stakeholders on best practices.
What you'll do:
End-to-End Campaign Execution: Managing the full lifecycle of client campaigns. This includes planning and executing engaging social media content alongside precision-targeted email campaigns.
Strategic Performance Monitoring: The "daily pulse": Proactively tracking live client activity to ensure campaigns are running correctly and identifying immediate technical gaps to protect campaign ROI.
Stakeholder Education & Enablement: Acting as a subject matter expert to lead the education of Customer Success teams and clients on marketing best practices, benchmarks and evolving industry standards.
Paid Media Campaign Coordination: The technical setup, ongoing monitoring, and budget optimisation of client paid social campaigns to maximise reach and engagement.
Lead Generation: Playing an active role in growing Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) by leveraging campaigns, content, and partnerships to attract and nurture prospects - working closely with sales to ensure marketing activity translates into pipeline opportunity.
Organic & SEO Strategy: Supporting on SEO implementation for client work and ensuring best practice is followed.
Quality Assurance & Brand Alignment: Acting as the final line of defence for all client output; ensuring all emails, social posts, and links are error-free and aligned with client brand guidelines.
Continuous Campaign Optimisation: Applying testing insights (subject lines, CTAs, imagery) to campaigns. Partnering with the data team to translate metrics into tactical improvements.
Client Success Feedback Loop: Collaborating with Customer Success Managers to provide the technical context for client reviews, explaining performance wins and suggesting strategies for repeat business.
High-Impact Partnerships: Executing collaborative industry partnerships designed specifically to grow our database, boost brand visibility, and drive high-volume traffic.
Who you are:
Email Campaign Management: Hands-on experience with CRM platforms (eg: Hubspot). Must be proficient in scheduling, list management, and executing A/B tests.
Campaign Analysis & Tactical Optimisation: The ability to monitor performance across email, social, and paid media. You must be able to interpret campaign metrics to provide actionable insights and implement tweaks that improve client results.
High-Volume Project Organisation: A proven track record of managing multiple campaign timelines simultaneously. You must demonstrate exceptional attention to detail and the ability to hit deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Stakeholder Communication: Experience in a client-facing or internal support capacity, with the ability to clearly explain marketing best practices and "the why" behind campaign performance to non-marketers.

Paid Media Proficiency: Practical experience setting up and monitoring paid social campaigns (specifically LinkedIn and Meta) with a focus on budget pacing and basic targeting.
Commercial Mindset: An understanding of how marketing performance impacts the wider business, specifically regarding client churn and repeat business.
SEO Knowledge: Familiarity with SEO principles to ensure client content is following best practice and is optimised for organic discoverability and long-term visibility.
External Relationship Management: A track record of acting as a key point of contact for external partners, ensuring all collaborative deliverables are met on time and brand standards are maintained.
Partnership Reporting: Experience in creating specific analysis for external partners to demonstrate the mutual reach of shared campaigns.
Key Information:
Reports to: Growth & Performance, Senior Marketing Manager
Hours: 8.30am- 5pm, Monday- Friday
Working pattern: Hybrid, a minimum of 3 days in the office (5 days a week in the office during probation)
Location: This role is based in our London/Moorgate office
We offer a hybrid work environment, balancing office and remote work. To support your training and development during your initial three- month probation, this period will be fully office- based, five days a week. Following this, we anticipate a regular office presence of at least three days a week to maintain collaboration and team connection.
