My role as Design Manager is to lead the Design Team and collaborate closely with other departments to ensure delivery of the company’s products on time and to the highest quality. This will include the planning, design and production of our creative outputs, maintaining and developing our websites, and working towards new innovations for our growing company.

I have been with EMJ since 2014 and development from a Product Development Co-ordinator who was hired to help with social media output and publication design to now being the Design Manager for the whole company. This is a position I have been in since 2019 and one that I take great pride especially when growing a team. The members of my department are nothing short of amazing and I have had the privilege of watching each of them grow and helping them develop throughout their careers.
