Head of Sales

EMJ is looking for a Head of Sales to lead our Sales team and our continued revenue growth. You will ensure the Sales team effectively follow the sales process, whilst contributing insights and new ideas to support EMJ's ambitious growth plans.

Expectations
- Lead the Sales team, ensuring the sales process is followed, and maximise quality productivity in a high performance environment
- Relentless support of the sales team to achieve their KPI's, revenue targets, and ultimately their Goals (in line with EMJ)
- Working with Client Services and Publishing team as partners, to ensure we offer a world class service and maximise opportunities for repeat business
- Analysis of key data and metrics to make improvements to the sales process and better outcomes - being able to work with and report to other leaders in the business
- Management of sales pipeline and looking for opportunity to improve reporting
- Hands on support with nurturing and closing business with key or potential key clients
Experience Required
- Proven track record of successfully managing a sales department to director level, establishing a long-term profitable process that can repeatedly achieve and exceed our targets
- Professionalism in a B2B setting, understanding how to communicate with brand direct and agency contacts at the highest level
- Excellent presentation and organisational skills and an effective people/department leader
- Visible presence in office, 5 days per week, to motivate and inspire the team in a fantastic environment and fast-paced environment

- Salary: Truly competitive + Comms package

- Location: This role is based onsite in our London/Moorgate office
