Spencer is a serial entrepreneur who loves innovation. Over a 20+ year period he has launched 7 different businesses. Working in television, travel, publishing, recruitment, sport & healthcare, and has gained a range of well-rounded leadership skills that he’s applied to all of his businesses.

At EMJ, Spencer helps create gold medal winners, those whose values are completely aligned and who are determined to constantly improve themselves. He is also in a fortunate position of creating and running a number of businesses that have all been profitable and had extensive growth year on year since back in 2008.
