Sales Manager

Goal:
We’re looking for a Sales Manager to support the growth of our team of Sales Executives.
You’ll lead by example, with the ability to the lead the team and help our more junior sales members close.
The team are an incredibly driven group who offer each other consistent training and feedback, yet would benefit from a leader who can support their career path trajectory

Expectations
- Lead and develop our Sales Executives to increase Revenue and become Senior Sales Executives
- Join and support on Sales calls with key prospects and clients to drive revenue across the team
- Establish goals, incremental metrics and processes with the team and individuals to exceed key performance indicators
- As part of the leadership team, work with other departments to ensure cross team collaboration benefits the wider company
Experience Required
- Proven track record of successfully managing a team to establish a long-term, profitable process to achieve and exceeding monthly, quarterly and annual targets
- Proven knowledge and experience of B2B sales and experience of working closely with a client servicing team
- Experience in media marketing, publishing or in a related aspect of the advertising industry
- Ability to identify issues, identify key stakeholders, and drive through resolution through strong influencing and matrix management skills
Key Information
- Salary: £55,000 + commission based on teams performance
- Hours: 8.30am – 5pm, Mon-Fri
- Location: This role is based onsite in our London/Moorgate office
