EMJ is looking for a Junior Account Manager to join our growing Client Services team.

As a Junior Account Manager at EMJ, you’ll be at the heart of delivering a gold-medal experience for our clients. You’ll manage projects from booking to publication, ensuring everything runs smoothly and our clients are delighted every step of the way.
The key difference at EMJ? You’ll have lots of autonomy and get direct, hands-on experience with key clients on big accounts—access and opportunities like this don’t come around often, especially so early in your career!
🏅 What You’ll Be Doing:
- Liaising with clients to understand their needs and keeping them smiling with 100% satisfaction.
- Managing projects end-to-end, ensuring they’re delivered on time and achieve amazing results.
- Providing expert advice to clients on best practices and audience insights to elevate their projects.
- Building impact reports by analysing data and showcasing the success of your projects.
- Managing timelines, budgets, and stakeholders to deliver high-value projects on time.
- Coordinating with internal teams and external stakeholders to bring articles, interviews, adverts, and campaigns to life.
- Troubleshooting challenges and coming up with creative solutions like the problem-solving pro you are.
- Spotting opportunities to wow clients, add value, and even drive new business.
- Travelling across Europe (and sometimes beyond!) to make sure projects shine on an international stage.

Key Information
- Salary: £30,000 - £35,000
- Reports to: Victoria Nash, Customer Engagement Director
- Hours: 8.30am – 5pm, Mon-Fri
- Working pattern: Up to 2 days flexibility to work from home (FT in office during probation)
- Location: Moorgate, London
We operate a hybrid working environment. We’d expect to see you in the office at least 3 days a week. During your probation, though, you’ll be in with us all five days—it’s the best way to get you up to speed and support your development. So, if you’re after something fully remote, this probably won’t be the right fit - we encourage people in office, where we people are achieving their personal and professional goals.
